Message	about the issue. Bitch a little, maybe he'll offer to give you a shopping debit card or something like a discount. Are the tires making more noise now ? If all 4 tires are the same size, then its not a bigdeal. Shops like Wally World and Sears pay employees less than what they could earn at TireRack or other competitors, so the talent or lack thereof changes alot, so does the quality of the work.
